Turtle Foundation Tombola 2019 – terms of participation
Before ordering your raffle tickets please read our terms of participation below. With your ticket order you accept these terms.
General
The winners will be drawn on Sunday, 2 February 2020 at the booth of WeDive on the FESPO Zurich (holiday and travel fair) in Switzerland. The numbers of the winning tickets will be published on the website of the Turtle Foundation from 3 January on. Winners will be personally notified and NEED NOT to be present at the drawing in order to win the prize. There will be no further communication in connection with the raffle. The prizes involving dive trips must be booked through WeDive, Switzerland.
Participants
Participants must be at least 18 years old. Members of the board of Turtle Foundation and employees of the Turtle Foundation, as well as employees of WeDive Switzerland and MV Pindito are not allowed to participate.
Additional costs
All additional duties and charges related to the prizes must be covered by the winner unless explicitly declared in the prize descriptions. Travel costs such as flight tickets etc. are not included.
Online ordering
Online orders of tickets are possible until Thursday, 30 January 2020. Payments for tickets must be credited on our bank account at Wednesday, 31 January 2020 latest. Tickets that will be ordered or payed after these due dates can not participate at the drawing.
No cash payment instead of prize
It is not possible to make a cash payment to a winner instead of a prize.
Nominal value of prizes
The values of the individual prices indicated in the description are given according to catalogue prices as of November 2019 and are only valid as a reference. Differences to other values or price changes do not have to be paid, but they are not paid out. The values in Euros and US Dollars are calculated from Swiss francs at the exchange rate of 13 November 2019.
Transferability
The transfer of the travel prizes to another person is possible with a part of the travel prizes. In any case, please contact us at info@turtle-foundation.org if a person other than the person registered on the winning ticket wishes to claim a travel prize.
Applicable law / place of jurisdiction
This raffle is subject to the laws of Liechtenstein. The place of jurisdiction is Vaduz, Liechtenstein. There is no legal recourse.
